Same Difference, by Derek Kirk Kim

Derek Kirk Kim, whose original Korean name is Gim Ji-hoon, was born in South-Korea and moved to the USA when he was eight years old. He started making comics at an early age, and made his debut with 'Cell', which was published by Antarctic Press. In 1998, a collection of his comics was published as 'Small Stories'. Derek Kim then focused on making comics for the Internet, and developing his own style of realistic fiction. He won a grant from the Xeric Foundation and his second collection, 'Same Difference and Other Stories', appeared in 2003.
