Misaho Kujiradou was born in the Shizuoka prefecture, and debuted in 1997 with the story 'Time Trouble' in South. Later that year, she published the story 'Private Troops' in the same magazine. In the following years, her work was present in Eyes (a.o. 'Oukoku No Wind Farm', 'Tsubasa Wo Dakumono'', 'Yanchana Soulmate'), Wings (a.o. 'Neutralizer') and Crimson ('Komonryuu Kaiunsouhonke'). In 2003, the publisher Shinshakan published her 'Huckleberry' in two volumes. Then, in 2004, came 'Princess Ai', a manga serial in cooperation with Japanese musician DJ Milky and US rockstar Courtney Love.
