The Little Barber
Vadim Lazarkevich was a Russian-born illustrator and comic artist, who nevertheless worked in Bulgaria for most of his career. He was born in 1895 in the region of Kiev. He learned the art profession at the St. Petersburg Art Academy, and moved to Bulgaria in 1920. He was a children's book illustrator, who also did comic-related artwork, such as the 1940s story 'Vesel Putniks Balon' and 'The Little Barber' in Chuden Sviat.
