Lee Woo-young is a Korean comic artist who made his debut in 1992. He created the comic series 'Black Rubber Shoes', about the cute brat Giyeong and his family, in the melancholic atmosphere of the 1960s and 1970s, when black rubber shoes still were a thing to cherish.
