'Dart Daring' (Wow Comics #3).
French-Canadian Edmund T. Legault (or E.T. Legault) was one of the first artists working for Bell Features' line of Canadian comic books, drawing among others the lead feature of Active Comics in 1942, 'Dixon of the Mounted'. Legault also provided scripts for other features, such as 'Thunderfist' in Active Comics. Legault was additionally the main artist of Wow Comics, illustrating many covers as well as features like 'Dart Daring' and 'Whiz Wallace'.
