Tim Levins studied fine arts and animation in Ontario. He has cooperated with J. Torres on 'Copybook Tales' at Slave Labor Graphics in 1996 and on 'Siren' at Image in 1998. He was then assigned by DC to become the artist of 'Batman: Gotham Adventures'.
