Les Flingueurs
Philippe Loirat studied at the art school of Michelin in Paris, where he learned to become a cartographer. He worked in the Michelin drawing studios until 1983. He has worked as a commercial artist for consulting firms, ad agencies, printers and individual clients. It wasn't until 2015 that he appeared at the comics front. With writer Philippe Chanoinat, he pays tribute to 1960s cinema with the series 'Les Aventures de Raoul Fracassin - Les Flingueurs', of wich the first two books appeared in 2015. In the same year, Loirat and Chanoinat also made an illustration book about the cars in classic cinema, called 'Les Voitures Mythiques au Cinéma'.
