Piet Lust was the author of a comic strip titled 'De Avonturen van Bol en Pier' (1946à, published in the weekly newspaper Het Kompas. Since the copyright of the comic lay with the paper's publisher Promotor in Nijmegen, it is unlikely that the strip was a syndicated feature.
