Born in St. Just Desvern, Ignasi Majoral got his education in Fine Arts at the Arts i Oficis Schol in Barcelona (1973-76) and at the Reial Cercle Artistic (1976-77). He has worked in comics through the Comicup studios and the Comicon studios. He has done artwork for the French Le Journal de Mickey (Disney) and Pif Gadget magazines, and for Fix und Foxi (Kauka) in Germany. He has drawn for the Spanish comic books Bichos, Pulgarcito and Chucho Larguirucho.
