Ruth Marcus is a writer and cartoonist. Her full-page monthly cartoon strip 'Small Wonders' ran for about 10 years in Good Housekeeping. She then made a syndicated strip called 'Oh, Lady!', which was published in book form as 'The Wife'. This was followed by her daily 'G.P. Jones, M.D.' panel in the mid-1970s and 'Bi-Focals', about a retirement community. She makes cut-paper cartoons for her monthly feature in Rosie magazine. Some of her cartoon work has been collected in the book 'Bundles of Joy'.
