Chut... by Traian Marinescu
Chut... (from Peur, April 1980)

Traïan Marinescu was a pupil of Albin Stănescu, and the winner of a comics contest organized by the magazines Cutezătorii and Pif Gadget in 1970. He published his first comic story, as well as a cover illustration, in the same year. After studying Scenography in Bucharest, he returned to the comics front in 1980, when he was one of the contributors to Peur, the first Romanian comic magazine in the French language. He subsequently also saw his stories published in the children's magazines Cutezătorii and Luceafărul Copiilor.

By 1985, Marinescu had moved to France, and he published his final, anonymous, comic stories in his home country. On the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of Peur, he edited a new issue in 2010, and among the contributors were Sorin Anghel and Valentin Tănase.
