'Caramel'.
Patrice Marsaudon studied plastic arts and began his career doing illustrations for advertising agencies, banks and city halls. He is the author of the comic series about the horse 'Caramel' (1991), created for the French girl's magazine Cheval Star. He has also done illustrations, games and puzzles for the magazine. He stopped working on his series in 2004. He then cooperated on Spirou magazine with the comic 'My Dad Is A Gangster' (script by Falzar).

At the same time, the 'Caramel' comic began a career abroad. The comic is widely syndicated over the world, and has appeared in England (Horse & Pony), Spain (Mundo del Caballo), Italy (Mondo Erre), Canada (Horse Country), Australia (Horsewyse), USA (Iguana magazine), Poland (Swiatkoni), Mexico (Eres Nino) and India (Chutti Vikatan).
