'Pros & Cons'. 

Kieran Meehan was born in 1952 in London and moved with his family to Glasgow in 1963. From the age of 16, he worked in several advertising agencies and design studios. During that period, he also produced cartoons on a freelance basis for a variety of publications, including magazines like Private Eye, The Spectator and Reader's Digest and papers like The Glaswegian and Scotland on Sunday. Meehan has contributed hundreds of cartoons to King Features' 'The New Breed' showcase feature since 1994.

'Pros & Cons'.

Meehan launched his daily comic strip 'Meehan Streak' with the Los Angeles Times Syndicate in 1999. It was subsequently distributed by Tribune Media Services from 2001 to 2005. In 2005, he also started his daily cartoon in the Glasgow Evening Times.

'Pros & Cons'.

It wasn't until 2005 that the syndicate launched his own comic strip 'A Lawyer, A Doctor and A Cop'. The strip was relaunched under the title 'Pros & Cons' in 2008. A graphic novel based on the strip called 'Supposed A Knave' was released by Meehan in 2013.
