Sibylline Meynet is a French freelance illustrator and graphic artist from Bellevaux, Rhone-alpes. She makes short comics about her daily life, as well as the girls' strip 'Penelope'. Her illustrations are often characterized by a retro touch as she draws her inspiration from 50's and 60's advertisements as well as Hitchcock films. She published an artbook called 'Retroactivity' with Horizon BD in 2011.
