'Mandrake the Magician'.
Domenico Mirabella (D. Mira) began his career by drawing covers and some stories for the 'Mandrake' title by Fratelli Spada in the 1960s. His covers also appeared on the 'Mandrake' publications of Éditions des Remparts in France. He also had two of his stories published in the US 'Mandrake the Magician' comic book and in 'Uncanny Tales' from the UK. In the early 1970s, he drew the series 'Sartana (Charity John)' for Editrice A.L., and cooperated with the Di Vitto brothers on 'Joe Colt' for Editrice E.T.A. He also drew many stories for the German comic books 'Gespenster Geschichten' and 'Spuk Geschichten' by Bastei Verlag.
