Harry Moyer, who also worked under the name Hy Moyer, worked as a pen and ink artist, active around 1915. Between 1928 and 30 December 1936, Moyer drew the satirical newspaper comic 'Nothing But The Truth', serialized in the Toronto Evening Telegram. In 1936, it was replaced with the similarly topical comedy comic 'News 'N' Nonsense', drawn by Harry S. Hall. He was also present in 1940s comic books like Super Duper Comics with features like 'Java Bean'. Later in his career, he also worked for the Hamilton Spectator. On 9 October 1950, Moyer died in a car crash. He was 65 or 66 years old.
