Antonio Mongiello Ricci (also spelled as Monghiello Ricci), is an Argentinian satirical artist, who signed his work Napoléon or Léon Napo. Starting in 1958, he published his work in magazines like Tía Vicenta, Satiricón, Chaupinela, Hortensia, Leoplán, La Hipotenusa and Adán. He also worked with writer Hector German Oesterheld on the first rendition of the series 'Guerra de los Antartes' in magazine 2001. This series was later continued by Oesterheld and Gustavo Trigo in Noticias. The artist emigrated to France in the mid-1970s.
