Antonio Mongiello Ricci (also spelled as Monghiello Ricci), is an Argentinian satirical artist, who signed his work Napoléon or Léon Napo. Starting in 1958, he published his work in magazines like Tía Vicenta, Satiricón, Chaupinela, Hortensia, Leoplán, La Hipotenusa and Adán. He also worked with writer Hector German Oesterheld on the first rendition of the series 'Guerra de los Antartes' (May 1970 - February 1971) in the magazine 2001. This series was later continued from 22 February until 3 Augustus 1974 on in Noticias by Oesterheld and Gustavo Trigo. Napoléon emigrated to France in the mid-1970s.
