Tariq Nasre (Tarek Naser, Arabic: طارق نصر) was born in 1964 in Karthoum. He studied painting from the College of Fine and Applied Arts, where he graduated in 1989. He has drawn for several children's magazines, including Al-Sibyan (Boys' Journal) in the 1990s.
