'Grimm's Ghost Stories'. 

Oscar Antonio Novelle was an Argentinian comic artist, who worked for several US horror comic books in the 1970s. He began his career contributing to the publishers Tor and Lainez in the early 1940s, and from 1948 to 1950, he drew 'El Santo', an Argentinian version of 'The Saint'. He made book illustrations for Abril, and drew an adventure strip in the newspaper La Razón. After doing a back-up in Charlton's 'Blue Beetle' comic in the mid-1960s, he turned to Gold Key, where he was a regular contributor to 'Boris Karloff Tales of Mystery', 'Grimm's Ghost Stories', 'Ripley's Believe it or Not' and 'Twilight Zone'. He also appeared in the Warren horror magazines Eerie and Creepy and as an inker in DC's 'Claw the Unconquered' and 'Jonah Hex'.
