'Texas Bill'.
Guy Oulié was the son of comic artist André Oulié. He was born in 1925 in Béziers, Herault, and active as a comic artist himself in the period 1945-46, when he illustrated 'Texas Bill' comic books for Edition D'Alleray. Guy Oulié died in 1999 in Montpellier, Herault, at age 74.
