Harry Parlett, father of Reg Parlett and George Parlett, was an early British comic artist. He was a prolific artist for many Victorian publications and drew for Film Fun, Funny Wonder, Chuckles and Chips. He made the strip 'Chester Conklin, the Cheerful Chappie', for magazine The Kinema Comic in 1932. It featured Chester Conklin, a popular silent movie actor of the 1920s.
