Harri Parschau

'Taxen-Maxe'.

Harri Parschau spent most of his life in the DDR (German Democratic Republic), the communist part of Germany. He contributed to magazine Frischen Wind in 1952/53. He created the comic 'Zacharias'. The magazine continued after 1954 under the name Eulenspiegel, and Harri Parschau kept contributing features such as 'Taxen-Maxe' and the cartoon panel 'Alles erfunden'.
