Paulo Patrício was born in 1973 in Angola. He became a writer, illustrator, painter and comic artist. His work was published in Spain and Mexico, among other countries. He has worked for several Portuguese newspapers, and created the comic 'Cancâo do Bandido' together with Rui Ricardo. This comic was awarded the prize for best Portuguese comic book in 2001. Other titles by Paulo Patricio are 'Com a Mesma Moeda', 'O Piqueno' and 'Heroís de Trazer Por Casa'.
