Hilary B. Price studied at Stanford University and moved to San Francisco in 1992. She was a freelance copywriter, at the same time trying to sell her cartoons to The San Francisco Chronicle. There her first comics were published, and at age 25 she became the youngest woman with a syndicated daily comic strip, titled 'Rhymes with Orange'. The strip mostly deals with the absurdities of modern life and is syndicated internationally to about 400 newspapers by King Features since 1995. The serie is co-written and co-drawn by Rina Piccolo, while Ben Zaehringer co-writes gags.
