'Crock'.

Kevin Rechin was born in 1965 in Washington D.C. as the son of cartoonist Bill Rechin, but grew up in Northern Virginia. Among his main graphic influences are Walt Disney, Al Hirschfeld, Chuck Jones, Mad Magazine, Arnold RothRonald Searle and Richard Thompson

He studied illustration at Virginia Commonwealth University, and graduated in 1989. He began working as an illustrator for a local paper, and became staff artist at USA Today in 1993. He won the Reuben Award for Magazine Illustration in 1999. A freelance artist since 2001, his clients include Time, National Geographic, Hasbro, Fox Sports and Disney. He continued his father's 'Crock' strip for one after after Bill Rechin died in 2011. The final strip appeared on 20 May 2012.
