Luis Roca was the artist on the 'Scarth' series that ran in the English tabloid The Sun from 1969. Luis Roca and writer Jo Adams created a series that mixed science fiction with police intrigues. Scarth was a young woman who died in a car accident, but returned to life after a brain transplant in 2170. Victim of a prudish censorship, the series became less erotic from 1972 and was continued under the name 'Scarth AD 2170'. Luis Roca has illustrated more erotic comics, such as 'Julia o Julio', that appeared in Colección X of La Cupula publishers.
