Dan Rosandich is a cartoonist and comics artist based in Michigan. He runs his own online cartoon library, and has illustrated several installments in the 'Chicken Soup for the Soul' book series.

Magazine work
Born in Detroit, Rosandich graduated from Ontonagon Area High School in 1976. In that same year he sold his first single panel gag cartoon to a magazine called Mechanix Illustrated. He has since contributed cartoons and comic strips to Reader's Digest, Saturday Evening Post, Woman's World, Good Housekeeping magazine and dozens of other national and regional magazines, newsletters and trade journals. His cartoon 'Mum's the Word' was present in the shortlived anthology series 'Tomorrow's Comics' (1991-1992), which was distributed on college campuses by Argonaut Entertainment.

Books
His cartoons have also appeared in newspapers and books, including the 'Chicken Soup for the Soul' series of inspirational and motivational self-help books by the media company of the same name from Cos Cob, Connecticut. Since 1999, Rosandich's art was featured in the volumes 'Divorce and Recovery', 'The Pet Lover's Soul', 'The Christian Soul', 'The Mother's Soul', 'The Bride's Sou' and 'The Gardener's Soul'. Another regular cartoonist for the series is Johnny Hawkins. Rosandich has furthermore illustrated books and stories for authors and writers from around the world.

Cartoon library and custom cartoons
Rosandich has built a large database of over 5,000 cartoons and comic strips at danscartoons.com, which are up for licensing for presentations, newletters, advertisements, calendars, posters and books. He offers web designers a daily auto-updating web cartoon for usage on personal and company websites. He also makes custom cartoons for his clients, like the strips 'Grain Wranglers' for a grain magazine and 'Al & The Dating Game' for a Human Resource director's web site. An ebook collection of his personal favorites has appeared under the title 'Funny Cartoons For The Entire Family' (2012). Rosandich also runs a cartoon blog, where he blogs about being a cartoonist and all aspects of cartooning and the business of creating and selling cartoons.
