Jorge Santillan is an Argentinian comic artist and illustrator. he made his debut in 1996, when his work was published in a children's magazine. In 2000, he came up with the comic 'Bio-Bichos', and in 2003 his collaboration with writer Chris Reilly started, on the comic 'Punch and Judy: the Grand Guignol'.
