Ulrich Scheel is a Potsdam-based comic artist and illustrator. He studied Art in Berlin, and published his first book, 'Influenza' with the French publisher Flblb in 2004. He gained recognition as a comic artist through his prize-winning graphic novel 'Die sechs Schüsse von Philadelphia' (2007). He makes illustrations for magazines and packagings, and is active as a live cartoonist.
