Karl and Fritz, by Victor Schramm

Victor Schramm was an early German comic artist from Munich. He contributed to Lothar Meggendorfer's Meggendorfer Blätter during the 1890s. Like several of his contemporaries, he began drawing cartoons for the Sunday pages of the Chicago Tribune during 1906 and 1907. Most of his comic pages for this American newspaper feature the characters 'Karl and Fritz'.
