Olle Snismarck is a Swedish (comic) artist and illustrator. He did his first work for the Alga Konst- & Bokförlag in 1944. He was an illustrator for Folket i Bild, Vecko-Journalen and Arbetare. He made his debut as a writer in 1959 with 'Som en Cymbal'. In the 1980s, he worked for Swedish television on short films based on the music of Duke Ellington and Cornelis Vreeswijk. He is the creator of the comic 'Lajban' (1969-78) and has made the guest series 'Eva-Eva' (1990) in Dagens Nyheter.
