Will Spurrier was one of the early British comic artists. He drew the comic 'Birdie and Napoleon', which appeared in The World's Comic in 1904. He also made 'Parker P.C' for magazine Funny Cuts in 1910. This comic was an adaptation of a character played by Music Hall actor Charles Austin.
