Dragan Stokić Rajački was born in Necotin. His strip 'Valand' was published in the mid-1980s. He was the artist of three stories of the licensed comic book series 'Tarzan' by Marketprint; for one of these he also wrote the script. He also made the serial 'Ninđa' and the strip 'Nenad' for the newspaper Dečje novine. His art also appeared in the German horror comic book Gespenster Geschichten by Bastei Verlag. In 2006-2007, he served as a colorist on the comic book series 'Savage Magic' ('Divlja Magija'), created by Milan Konjević and drawn by Bojan Vukić.
