Masayuki Taguchi is the artist of the manga series 'Battle Royale'. Originally a novel by Koushun Takami, 'Battle Royale' was then adapted into movie by Kinji Fukasaku. Following the popularity of the movie, Takami and Masayuki Taguchi cooperated on the manga adaptation.
