Guillermo Torres Meana, who publishes under his first name, was born in Melilla. He studied fine arts in Sevilla and began his career as a comic artist in the 1980s, working together with writer Ángel Montiel. They published their work in Marca, El Mundo del Siglo XXI, El Tío Saín, Hablan, La Verdad and in La Opinión de Murcia, for which they created the daily strip 'La Bencina'.
Guillermo is a regular artist for El Jueves, drawing sections like 'The Timos', 'Te lo juro News' and 'La Reino y yo'. He is also doing cartoons for El Mundo.
