Sébastien Trahan started out publishing several absurd comics in the magazine Bédélirium. He reached a larger audience when he self-published 'Fô, et autres Dérivés Fictifs'. He then created 'Dans le Panneau' and 'Gaspard en Mnémosopotamie'. He also wrote scenarios for artist Jimmy Beaulieu in the magazine Spoutnik, such as the detective series 'Mécanique Générale'.
