Tsui Yu-on was the creator of the Chinese comic series 'Lies of the Journey to the West', which came out in 1976. Strongly influenced by popular American action comics and Japanese manga, it was based on traditional stories 'The Monkey King, the Buddhist Monk Tung Sam, and his Fellows'. Tsui Yu-on also created the popular comic 'Electric Pig', about a pig with superpowers.
