'Arianne'. 

Noel Tuazon was born 1966 in the Philippines,  but has lived in Toronto, Canada for almost 30 years. He graduated from the Fine Arts Program of the University of Toronto (Erindale and Sheridan College) but received a better education, especially in Life Drawing, from a small animation school in Toronto called Studio M. His comics have appeared in Steve Bissette's 'Taboo Especial', was an influence on Dennis Eichhorns 'Real Stuff', 'Reactor Girl', and Slave Labor Graphics' 'Arianne', a two-issue comic written by Rafael Nieves. His work was also published in Canada's National Post newspaper and the children's magazine Cricket.
