Pierre Uong grew up in Seine-et-Marne as the son of a dentist. He studied Plastic Arts in Paris, while making his first comic book, 'Samuel et le Mange-mots', published by Théloma in 2006. He made the first installment of 'A Vos Z'amours' with Karine Elghozi for Les Enfants Rouges in 2009, and contributed to a collective project about Jimi Hendrix and the Jungle! collection 'Vie de Merde'. Since 2014 he makes the children's comic series 'Cluedo' with Élisabeth Barféty for Jungle!. Uong works as a Professor of Visual Arts.
