Franco Urru was an Italian comic book artist, who has worked extensively for the US market since 2006. He is best known for his work on IDW series like 'Spike: Asylum', 'Spike: Shadow Puppets' and especially 'Angel: After The Fall', a canonical continuation of the 'Angel' TV series. He had also worked on the 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles'. In Italy he had worked on fantasy, superhero and erotic comics. He passed away in late November 2012.
