Fantomen
Jaime Vallvé was a Catalan artist, who lived and worked in Denmark since the 1950s. For the P.I.B. agency in Copenhagen, he illustrated comic versions of classics like 'The Three Musketeers' and 'The Count of Monte Christo' by Alexandre Dumas and 'Ivanhoe' by Sir Walter Scott, as well as the series 'Eddie Constantine'.
He was an artist for the Swedish production of 'The Phantom' ('Fantomen') since 1972. In 1977 he drew the 'Johan Vilde' series that was created by scriptwriter Jan Lundström and published directly in albums. Starting in 1988, it was reprinted in Fantomen magazine.
