Georges van Linthout created the series 'Lou Smog' at publisher Lombard. Afterwards, he started a comic adaptation of the 'Falkenberg' project at the same publisher. He made this series, about the occupied Ardens in World War I with scenario writer Yves Leclercq. He also produced 'La Nuit du Lièvre' with Leclercq, which was published at Delcourt. Van Linthout drew the backgrounds in several 'Natacha' album stories by Walthéry. Georges also worked with his brother Stibane on 'Les Enquêtes Scapola' for Casterman.
In 1990 he paid graphic tribute to François Walthéry in the collective homage book 'Natacha. Special 20 Ans' (Marsu Productions, 1990), which celebrated the 20th anniversary of Walthéry's series 'Natacha'. He additionally made a graphic contribution to the anti-racism collective comic book 'Rire Contre Le Racisme' (Jungle!, 2006).
