Tom van Wanrooy is active as an illustrator and caricaturist through his company The Cartoon Factory since 1998. He is also affiliated with Wiegel Art Promotion since 1990. Van Wanrooy was born in Breda, and studied Decoration and Advertising. He made his debut in SF Terra, and his first professional strip was 'Jim & Jacky', which he made with writer Ed Stoete for the ANWB Autokampioen.
