Karsten Weyershausen began his comic career with a booklet named 'Inkpot'. But his professional career really began with 'Rotty Rottecker', which Weyershausen drew during his time in the civil service. After the first Carl Barks-inspired stories, the series developed fast. In ten years Weyershausen drew more than forty episodes for RRAAH! magazine. Nine piccolo booklets of 'Die Rottecker Katze' were published, and one album collection. Weyershausen has also worked as a scriptwriter.
