Bill Williams was an artist of Dell Publishing in the 1950s. There, he produced such humorous series as 'Henry Aldrich' and 'Homer Brown'. In the 1960s, he has also drawn comics with 'Millie', 'The Chipmunks' and 'Tweety and Sylvester' (based on Friz Freleng's animated series). He drew 'Millie the Model (based on the character created by Ruth Atkinson) during 1967 and in the late 1980s for Marvel, working on Hank Ketcham's 'Dennis the Menace'. He also drew the long-running 'Pee Wee Harris' strip in Boy's Life.
