Vlastimil 'Vlasta' Zabransky is a Czech painter, cartoonist and graphic artist based in Brno. He worked as a drawing teacher when he started cartooning in 1963. He published the crucial part of his cartoon creations in the Slovakian magazines Rohac and Kulturny Zivot during the 1960s and 1970s. He is a member of the French cartoonist's society and of an association of painters, sculptors and graphic artists in Ljubljana. He has participated in several national and international exhibitions.
Vlasta Zabransky was an influence on Valentin Rozantsev.
