After her artistic studies, Luisa Zancanella worked for several years in the field of wood decoration and restoration. She moved to Ancona at age 24, where she began working as an advertisement artist. She worked in the animation field at the Studio Rainbow. Back in her native Trento, she began illustrating 'Martin Mystère' at Bonelli publishers.
