Born in Pordenone, Paolo Cossi took courses in comic art from Davide Toffolo, Giorgio Cavazzano and Romeo Toffanetti. In 2002 he won the Jacovitti comics course, that granted him free access to the Milan Comics School. In that same year, he published his first book, 'Corona - L'Uomo del Bosco di Erto', and he began a career as a cartoonist. His critically acclaimed comic 'Medz Yeghem, il Grande Male' was published in France and Spain in 2009. He is a contributor to ALP magazine, for which he makes short comic stories with scriptwriter Andrea Gobetti.
