Greg Cravens is an American cartoonist originally from Jackson, Tennessee. He did a newspaper strip called 'Zork & Eem' for his local paper, which ended shortly afterwards due to the paper's demise. He also earned some money drawing caricatures at the Nashville theme park Opryland USA. After earning his degree in graphic design, Greg Cravens went to draw cartoons for advertising agencies. These included artwork for activity and coloring books for a variety of clients, such as Shoney's restaurants, Hampton Inns and Baptist Hospitals, among many more. For the Homewood Suites hotels, he makes the illustrations of the 'Lewis the Duck' book series.
He was the assistant of Scott Stantis on the syndicated family newspaper comic 'The Buckets', and became the feature's sole artist in 2000, and writer in 2007. Cravens created another comic strip called 'Hubris!', that runs as a webcomic since 2010.
