Radovan Devlić was a comic artist from Zagreb. He began his career in Polet magazine in 1976. He was part of an innovative group of artists called Novi Kvadrat ("New Frame"), together with Mirko Ilić, Ninoslav Kunc, Krešimir Zimonić, Emir Mešić and Igor Kordej.
Among Devlić's comics are 'Macchu Picchu', and 'Strossmayer', the latter in cooperation with Dušan Gačić and Darko Macan. Devlić was one of the regular artists and writers for the SF magazine Sirius by the publishing company Vjesnik. In the early 1990s, he was writer and director for the film productions 'Krvavi Most' and 'Tisuću Devetsto Devedeset Prva'.
